mcd888 Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the mcd888 Platform are denominated in MYR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by mcd888 to Malaysian Ringgit transactions.

5.1 Game Rules. • Facilitating access to the mcd888 Platform for any third party who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Publishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property obtained from the mcd888 Platform without express written authorisation.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mcd888 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the mcd888 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 mcd888's aggregate liability to any Member arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit mcd888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

mcd888 collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a mcd888 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. mcd888 does not sell Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.1 Amendments. mcd888 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the mcd888 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 12.3 Termination by Member. Members may close their mcd888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the Member's verified payment method subject to KYC compliance and applicable terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which mcd888 is licensed to operate under its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits mcd888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
